Meet The Founder
Throughout Colby's educational journey, professional experience, and training, his main motivation has always been to make a positive impact on people's lives.
His pathway began with an interest in culinary arts during high school, where he found joy in preparing meals that sparked meaningful conversations. This passion led to winning a culinary competition and earning three scholarships. During his senior year, he delved into self-studying psychology and philosophy, revealing his true calling to empower and support individuals. After graduating from high school, his initial aspiration was to become a police officer to improve the relationship between young black males and law enforcement, only to realize there was a broader societal issue at play.
Recognising the importance of incremental progress, he highlights how small steps can lead to significant transformations. In his pursuit of creating "Immeasurable Impact," Colby has discovered the powerful effect of minor actions in guiding individuals towards their goals. His main goal is to motivate individuals to understand the importance of individual responsibility and to act in a manner of reciprocity, hoping to ignite a ripple effect of compassion and change that will reverberate far and wide.

How did he start?
Colby commenced a pilot launch on January 1st, 2024, intending to run until the beginning of March. His plan involved posting content daily or every other day. He invested $5000 from his personal savings for a total of 39 videos, engaging 112 consumers with 11 different video concepts. Surpassing his expectations, the pilot concluded with 50 videos and 120 consumers. Through social media insights, he acquired 15.3k followers and reached a total of 3,148,573 engagements.

Colby is looking to introduce the "immeasurable impact box" to involve his audience in activities promoting positive change. The box features interactive elements for creative challenges, education, and giving back to encourage active participation and empower followers to make a difference.
